Stephen studied marketing and sales at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina and Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. Throughout his mid-30s, Stephen worked in the hospitality industry as a beverage director and Wine Sommelier, which allowed him to travel the country and explore wine regions across the globe. Hospitality taught him the value of bringing solutions to restaurant guests as opposed to apologies and excuses. Stephen made the move to real estate in 2017, now providing solutions to problems in a different context.Stephens father owned a construction company in Buckhead specializing in new residential homes. He grew up watching his fathers attention to detail and what set apart million-dollar homes from multimillion-dollar properties. This attention to detail is something Stephen has carried with him throughout his life and career.He also has a passion for traveling the world and an appreciation for beautiful destinations. Stephen has hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru and traveled through Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Mexico, British Columbia and the Rock of Gibraltar. In his free time, Stephen enjoys cycling, swimming, CrossFit, snowboarding and disc golf. He will travel long distances for a good hike and will never give up his love and study of wine and viticulture.
