John arrived on the real estate scene in 1997 pre-underwriting mortgage loans. After two years, he realized that he would rather to be on the REALTOR side of the transaction. After getting his MBA, in Management and MIS, he acquired his real estate license in 2001, and he hit the ground running at Harry Norman, REALTORS. He loves what he is doing so much he has often been heard saying: “Real Estate is my true calling!”. Having this passion for real estate has allowed John to attain the #1 individual agent ranking in his Harry Norman, Realtors office. He is also an Atlanta REALTORS Association Phoenix Award Winner as well as a Life Member. He has also acquired the following real estate designations: Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI),Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Accredited Relocation Specialist (ARS),and Senior Marketing Consultant (SMC).John has a wife, Katherine, and a son, Jack that enjoy spending their time at Pace Academy. He also has a wonderful dog Charlie that is truly a part of the family. He enjoys leading Boy Scouts, being a Stephen Minister,greeting at his church, and leading children’s Sunday School. He also love to fish, golf, watching the Masters,and UGA , Mercer, and BAMA Football!
