Atlanta native, Dave Thomas has spent most of his life watching the city evolve into what it is today. Dave is a product of local public schools, participated in high school sports, and earned his Eagle Scout rank in the Boy Scouts while growing up in Atlanta. After attending the University of Tennessee, Dave moved back to Atlanta where he had the good fortune to live in several of the city’s unique neighborhoods experiencing all that each has to offer. Dave’s first job was located at Five Points downtown and he spent decades in the financial services industry as both an employee and consultant to some of our nation’s largest institutions including Fannie Mae and the FDIC. As a side interest, he began investing in fix and flip and rental properties and immediately fell in love with real estate. Dave is now an agent with Atlanta’s top broker, Harry Norman, REALTORS where he is using his experience and insights to provide buyers and sellers with a luxury experience at any price point.
